I know, it’s been a while. I’m seriously guilty of neglecting my blog.

But, things in the Land of Dizz have been moving on quickly.

So, I’m now six weeks into college, and I no longer feel like I’m making a prat out of myself everytime I open my mouth. That can only be a good thing. I’ve made a few very close knit friends, with three in particular that I feel I can talk to about pretty much everything.  And I’m feeling relatively competent in most subjects.

Anyway, the main news is that I’m finally moving out of the refuge. It’s been four months since I moved in here, and today, I found a  nice place not too far from town. At last, I feel I can put this chapter of my life behind me. It’ll be weird leaving this place, and leaving some of the girls behind, and I have a feeling at least one of us will end up in tears when I move, but we’ve agreed to keep in touch. It’ll feel good to finally be able to give my son that space to call home.
